Continuous assessment of students' learning improves the level of academic delivery and allows the faculty to identify those areas of teaching, which require immediate improvement. The facult y member s regularl y as ses s the performance of students through collecting feedback on how well their students are learning what they are being taught. They also share feedback with students to help them improve their learning strategies and study habits in order to become more independent and successful learners. The purpose of the assessment by the faculty members is continuous monitoring of students learning and revisions, when necessary and possible. Whatever the faculty members observe in students during their assessment, they register the observation, and make required modications and implement this quickly in their academic delivery.

Coachings /Tuitions are undoubtedly heavy on students' time and money. We have taken an initiative to create a study environment wherein the student fulls all his educational needs in the campus itself. After the lectures are over, a special interactive session with the lecturers is conducted where the student feel free to clear his doubts and get assistance in completion of his assignments.

Regional College has a very clear policy of imparting practical and career focused education apart from syllabus teaching. Seminars, workshops, presentations and tutorials provide the framework for more detailed exploration and analysis, offering the opportunity for groups of students and a teacher to discuss and share ideas The faculty members also give emphasis on experiential learning through involving students to apply theoretical knowledge to a realworld business issues.
